Shipping Policy

Elegant Urns provides free shipping within the continental United States.

Products are shipped via UPS and USPS. Please contact us for shipping rates to locations outside the continental USA.

Orders received Monday through Thursday before 2:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day. For orders received on Fridays after 3:00 PM PST, shipment will be done on the following Monday.

Please allow 5-9 days for delivery.

NOTE: MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE UNTIL ALL PERSONAL CHECKS ARE CLEARED. PLEASE ALLOW 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PERSONAL CHECKS TO CLEAR.

RUSH ORDERS: We do provide NEXT DAY, 2nd DAY and 3rd DAY SERVICE upon request.
